7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Online Orders)

We want you to love your RockaBELLA pieces. If you change your mind, you may return your jewellery within 7 days of purchase for a refund, provided that:

The item is in its original sale condition

Unworn and unused

In the original packaging with all labels, tags and inserts included


You have your proof of purchase


Please note: for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged:

Earrings

Body jewellery


Gift vouchers are also non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

If you paid via our online payment portal Payfast, the transaction commission charged by Payfast will be deducted from your refund.

All shipping costs are for your account – this includes both the original courier fee (outgoing) and the return courier fee (incoming).

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If, however, you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please:

1. Notify RockaBELLA within 2 days of receiving your order.


2. Take a clear photo of the fault/damage.


3. Email the photo and a short description of the issue to: rockabella.kld@gmail.com

 

Once we have assessed and verified the fault, RockaBELLA will either:

Refund the full purchase price plus postage cost, or

Replace the item, depending on stock availability and your preference.


You can expect to receive your refund or replacement within 2 weeks from the date we receive the returned parcel via courier.
